Pricing and Specifications

Errors in pricing and/or specifications may occur. We reserve the right to correct any such errors, up to and including cancelling any orders placed at an incorrect price.

Some delivery surcharges may apply for distant zip codes - you will be contacted for approval prior to delivery.

Full Delivery – Furniture/Mattresses - includes delivery and set up of product in the room of your choice (additional assembly fees may apply to some unassembled merchandise). 

Full Delivery – Appliances – includes delivery and set up of appliances in your home and hauling off your old appliance(s).  Please note: Our insurance does not allow Westco delivery crews to hook up water lines to refrigerators, install dishwashers or gas appliances or hook up new appliances to used cords, hoses or flexible dryer vent.

Appliance Removal Agreement

Appliance removal is done as a service to our customers and not as a profit making function for Westco. Consequently, Westco does not assume liability for damage to customer's floors, carpets, or any other property resulting from dirt, water, oil, or any other foreign material or any broken part or abnormal obtrusion in or on the appliance being removed. It is the customer’s responsibility to clean the old appliance or otherwise provide protection of carpets, floors, and other property. We are not responsible for mechanical failures of appliances not purchased under this sales agreement, moved as an accommodation to the customer, with or without considerations.

Pre-Delivery Guidelines

  • Please ensure that you have a clear pathway from the driveway to where your furniture or appliance will be going in your home. This includes any debris or ice during the winter season.
  • Please make sure ALL pets are put away to ensure the safety of our Employees and your pets.
  • We WILL NOT under ANY circumstance, attempt to turn on/off gas valves.
  • We Will NOT connect ANY water lines to refrigerators.
  • We do not install dishwashers.
  • We will only haul off your old furniture or appliance for which you are replacing.

For example: If you purchase a sofa, we will haul off your old sofa. If you purchase a washer, we will haul off your old washer.

  • We WILL NOT relocate your old furniture to any other address that is not on your ticket.

These guidelines are to ensure the safety of everyone involved during a delivery. Thank you for taking the time to look over them and making sure that everyone stays safe.
